First class service from.the moment our driver picked us up at Sofia airport to when he dropped us off at Kempinski Grand Arena in Bansko. Unfortunately, we were unable to make the return trip with Motoroads as we had to leave 4 days early due to Coronavirus shut-down, however we would have no hesitation in using your company again on our annual ski trip to Bansko next year! We were group of 11 friends with children and one friend on wheelchair. We rented minubus from Bourgas airport to Primorsko and back. Our minibus with driver was ready and waited for us on Bourgas airport despite our fly delay. The way back was perfect too - few minutes before ordered time came driver with minbus in front our apartments. Motoroads took us from Sofia Airport to Pleven, then they took all 5 of us from Pleven to Golden Sands and back in the course of 5 days and finally 2 of us returned back from Pleven to Sofia. This complex task was executed in a very professional and timely manner. The drivers Hristo and Peter were at the requested place well in advance of the requested time.
